Right of way is undeclared, with only one of four ways through intersection having a stop sign, and that way (downhill in cliff) being rather blind. A second stop sign is in order someplace, and lines need to be clearly painted to prevent cars from creeping in. This intersection is also heavily trafficked on foot, since it is best school.
